间歇性大流量用气工况下空压机群控制方法的优化
Optimization of Control Method for Air Compressor Group under the Intermittent Large Flow Working Condition

摘要(Abstract):

针对间歇性大流量用气设备引起的气动系统管网压力大范围波动的问题,对传统空气压缩机群控制方法进行优化,提出一种适用于间歇性大流量用气工况的空气压缩机群控制方法;该方法把大流量用气设备的开启信号作为备用空气压缩机的启动信号之一,当某支路大流量用气设备开启时迅速启动备用空气压缩机,以补偿整个气动系统的压力损失;最后搭建试验台进行试验对比研究。试验结果表明:在间歇性大流量用气工况下,该方法能够有效的缩短备用空气压缩机的响应时间,提高气动管网的最低压力,减小气动管网的压力波动范围。
For intermittent large flow gas equipment caused by pneumatic system pressure wide fluctuations,the traditional control method of air compressor group is optimized,and a new control method of air compressor group is put forward in order to be suitable for the intermittent large flow working condition.The method is to regard the opening signal of the large flow gas equipment as one of the starting signal of spare air compressors.When the large flow gas equipment of one branch is opened,the spare air compressor is started up quickly to compensate the pressure loss of the overall pneumatic system.Finally,the experimental platform was built and the contrast experiment was carried out.The experimental results show that this method can effectively shorten the response time of the standby air compressor,raise the minimum pressure of the pneumatic pipe network,and reduce the pressure fluctuation range of the pneumatic pipe network under the intermittent large flow working conditions.
