摘要(Abstract):
介绍了新研制的高温油泵用新型机械密封的结构设计、力变形和热变形计算结果,以及在试验室进行的台架试验结果和炼油厂现场运行情况。
A new type of mechanical seal for hot oil pumps has been developed. In ordre to solve the heat stability problem of auxiliary seal rings, flexible graphite foil seal rings of various structure were analyzed and com pared. Among them the wedge-shape ring of the rotating ring and tray-shape ring of the stationary ring have the best performance.The seal structural model is as internally mounted, balanced with shaft sleeve, single mechanical seal with inward jeakage. The mechanical seal demonstrated good performance at high temperature up to 320℃.
