螺旋流恒压泵结构设计改进及性能试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过对叶轮结构的优化设计、密封装置创新设计以及选用合金塑铝进行叶轮加工,从而研制出新型螺旋流恒压泵。其主要特点是当Q-N、Q-η曲线在一定范围内不断上升时,Q-H曲线始终趋于平直,这样单级水泵就能获得较高的扬程并恒压输出,适宜高转速,具有较好的抗气蚀性能,还具有不堵塞,可用于恒压输送含颗粒或杂质的液体。以LXB 0.8/40-125-80-230泵为例,介绍螺旋流恒压泵叶轮结构及密封装置结构上的改进措施,以及性能试验结果。
Sealing device innovation design and selection of plastic alloy aluminum impeller machining task force through optimization design,the impeller structure,and a new type of spiral flow constant pressure pump was developed.It's main characteristic is that when the curve,rising in a certain range,the curve is always straight,so that the single stage pump can obtain higher head and constant pressure output,suitable for high speed,has good anti cavitation performance,also has not blocked,can be used for constant pressure conveying containing particles or liquid impurities.The LXB 0.8 /40-125-80-230 pump as an example,a story about flow impeller structure constant pressure pump spiral device and its improvement on the structure of the seal,the test results of pump performance test the performance of the product.
