商用软件在某离心叶轮研发中的差别

摘要(Abstract):

分别采用Cosmosworks和Ansys Mechanical软件对某大流量系数离心叶轮的强度进行了研究,表明在相同条件下,要满足相同的强度要求,两种软件计算的叶片厚度差别较大。通过试验证明,Cosmosworks软件计算结果过于保守,Ansys Mechanical软件的计算结果更接近实际。
Base on the same strength conditions,the strength of large flow coefficient centrifugal impeller was analyzed respectively by the Cosmosworks and Ansys Mechanical software.The different blade thickness result was derived from the different software.The results of experiment show that the simulation results of the Cosmosworks software are biased conservative,and the simulation results of the ansys mechanical software are more realistic.
