夏热冬暖地区空气源热泵与太阳能复合热水系统试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

在典型夏热冬暖地区搭建了空气源热泵与太阳能复合热水供应试验系统,设定了用水时间表,以每天8:00至18:00为测试周期进行测试研究。结果表明:测试周期内供应不低于40℃热水390 L以上时,日累计辐照量<5 MJ/m2条件下,日集热效率多处于10%以下,热泵单元基本上承担全部的用水制热量,能效系数在4.4以上;日累计辐照量>7.5 MJ/m2条件下,日集热效率多处于30%~50%,相对于热泵单独运行的条件可将能效提高10%~70%;系统运行的综合能效随着太阳能集热单元集热效果提升而增大,日照充足条件下系统综合能效可达10以上。
An air source heat pump and solar composite water heating system was set up in typical hot summer and warm winter area. A series of experimental investigations were daily conducted on the system with set water use schedule from 8:00 to 18:00. The results show that with more than 390 L hot water not less than 40 degrees supplying during the daily test period,under the condition of daily cumulative irradiation <5 MJ/m~2,the collector efficiency is below 10%,heat pump unit basically assume all the water heating with energy efficiency coefficient more than 4.4;under the condition of daily cumulative irradiance of >7.5 MJ/m~2,the collector efficiency is more than 30%~50%,improving the energy efficiency 10%~70% relative to the heat pump operating conditions;the overall energy efficiency of the system increases with the increase of the heat collection efficiency of the solar heat collection unit,and the comprehensive energy efficiency of the system can reach more than 10 under the condition of sufficient sunshine.
