舰船用星型压缩机并联充气过程的理论研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究舰船用星型压缩机并联充气过程工作机理,本文根据星型压缩机的工作原理,建立了多台压缩机并联充气过程的数值模型。利用上述模型对多台压缩机并联充气过程热力性能进行了研究,得到了并联压缩机台数及充气工作参数对任意时刻气罐内的压力、压缩机的实际排量和充气时间等参数的影响规律。通过分析发现:多台压缩机并联充气时气瓶内压力升高增快,单台压缩机的瞬时充气量降低。随并联台数的增加,气瓶内压力的升高值成线性增加,但单台压缩机的瞬时充气量的减小值及充气时间会逐渐降低并趋于平缓。随着初始压力的升高气瓶内的瞬时压力逐渐升高,单台压缩机的瞬时充气量逐渐降低,初始压力越高,单台压缩机瞬时充气量的减小值越小,并联充气过程中达到充气终压的时间越少,且呈现线性降低的趋势。通过对星型压缩机并联充气过程的研究,可为海洋工程中压缩机的选配提供理论基础。
In order to study working mechanism of the parallel inflatable process for star type compressor used in ships and warships, the numerical calculation model of the parallel inflatable process was set up in this paper based on the working principle of the star type compressor. By using this model, the thermal performance of the parallel inflatable process was studied and the influence law of the parallel compressor numbers and pneumatic parameters on the pressure inside the tank at any time, the actual displacement of the compressor and inflation time are obtained. Through the analysis found that: the pressure inside the tank will increase more quickly and the instantaneous actual displacement of the compressor will decrease when used several star type compressors connection in parallel to achieve the inflatable process. With the increase of the parallel compressor numbers, the increased value of the pressure inside the tank is increased linearly, but the decreased value of the instantaneous actual displacement for single compressor and the inflation time will gradually decrease and flatten out. With the increase of the initial pressure inside the tank, the instantaneous pressure during the inflatable process will increase and the instantaneous actual displacement of the compressor will gradually reduce. The higher the initial pressure, the smaller decreased value of the instantaneous actual displacement and the smaller times needed for inflation. All these analyses can provide theoretical basis for the optimized optional of the compressor used in oceaneering.
