船用消防射流泵流场的数值分析

摘要(Abstract):

本文基于有限体积法,采用可实现的的湍流模型和COPPER网格画法,对船用消防射流泵的流场进行了数值模拟和分析,得出了射流泵流场的流场分布特点,轴向速度在剖面上呈有序的阶梯状分布,并反映了两股流体充分混合的位置;通过对湍动能的分析,得出了湍动能的分布特点,以及湍射流场主要发生的部位。
The Realizable k-ε turbulent model and copper meshes were used to analyze and numerically simulate the turbulent flow in the fire jet pump in the vessels,obtained the jet pump flow field characteristics of the flow field distribution.The results show that the axial velocity profiles presented in an orderly step-like distribution,Reflects the two shares of well-mixed fluid position.Turbulent kinetic energy analysis shows that the maximum turbulent energy of the flow occurs in the exit of the jet and the entrance of diffusion tube,turbulent flow field that occurs mainly in the exit of jet.
