一种超临界CO_2萃取数学模型的求解及实验验证

摘要(Abstract):

根据物料与超临界流体之间的对流传质与分子传质理论以及物料中流质的质量平衡关系,导出了一种比较简化的CO2超临界萃取的数学模型,该模型综合考虑了物料颗粒粒度、物料颗粒的堆积特性、物料颗粒内外传质特性对超临界萃取过程的影响。综合运用有限差分法和龙格库塔法对模型进行了数值求解。实验验证该模型较准确地预测了萃取率Y。
A relatively simplified mathematical model of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction is developed.The mean diameter,accumulation properties,inside and outside transfer properties of extracted material particles are considered in the model.The model is numerically solved with finite difference method and Runge-Kutta method synthetically.It is found that the predictions of the model agree well with the experimental data and the model can accurately predict the extraction rate.
