摘要(Abstract):
介绍了参数化设计的概念及Pro/E二次开发的方法。在二维水力设计软件PCAD2004的基础上,研究了离心泵蜗壳的参数化三维造型方法并用VC++6.0在Pro/TOOLKIT环境下对Pro/E进行二次开发,成功开发出了实用的蜗壳参数化三维造型程序。实例应用表明该程序运行结果良好,可以满足工程应用的要求。
The parametric design and the methods on secondary development of Pro/E are introduced.Based on two dimension hydraulic design code PCAD2004,the method on three dimension parameter sculpting of centrifugal pump volutes is researched.With the Pro/TOOLKIT flat roof and using VC++6.0,the secondary development is done on Pro/E and the three dimension parametric software of centrifugal pump volutes is successfully developed for the first time.The practical application indicates that the program runs well and the results can meet the engineering needs.
