摘要(Abstract)：
针对频繁启动的硫酸泵在实际运行中出现机械密封泄漏问题,进行密封失效分析,提出改造方案,解决了机械密封短期失效问题。
In view of the leakage of mechanical face seal used in the frequency starting sulfuric acid pump,the reasons of failure was analyzed,then reformation scheme was proposed,the final the short-term failure of mechanical face seal was resolved.
