新型双级耦合热泵系统最佳中间环路供水温度研究Development of the Optimal Middle Water Loop Temperature for the Double-stage Coupled Heat Pumps Heating System

摘要(Abstract):
新型双级耦合热泵供暖系统由一级侧机组(空气-水热泵机组)和二级侧机组(水-水热泵机组)通过中间水环路耦合在一起。中间环路供水温度的变化对一、二级侧机组运行特性有较大影响。利用计算机仿真程序,对双级耦合热泵供暖系统稳态特性进行了计算机模拟,着重分析了中间环路水温对系统运行特性的影响,并以双级耦合热泵供暖系统能源利用效率最优为目标函数,得到最佳中间环路供水温度的理想设定范围。研究结果显示,最佳中间环路供水温度理想设定范围应在1318℃之间,双级耦合热泵供暖系统在此温度区间运行,可提高能源利用效率10%以上。
To improve the working condition and heating performance of the air source heat pump(ASHP) under cold environment,a double-stage coupled heat pumps(DSCHP) heating system is put forward,which couples air source heat pump(ASHP) and water source heat pump(WSHP) together.The middle loop water temperature may influence the heating performance of the system.Aiming at finding the relations between the middle loop water temperature and the DSCHP system performance,steady stage computer simulation for the system was carried out.The simulation results show an optimal middle loop water temperature exists in one working conditions.The optimal value will vary with the operating conditions.
