大口径异构蝶阀流动特性分析及其流量系数研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究大口径蝶阀阀板加强结构对阀内流动特性的影响,针对板加强型和块加强型2种阀板加强结构的大口径异构蝶阀,分别建立了蝶阀流场CFD仿真模型,对各工况下阀内流场流动特性进行分析,并通过与试验测试数据的对比验证仿真模型的合理性。结果表明,不同开度、压比下2种大口径蝶阀均具有显著的非线性流动特性,相对于块加强型蝶阀,板加强型蝶阀阀后流场漩涡小,对应能量损失低,而流量系数更高。2种大口径异构蝶阀的流量系数均与其管道雷诺数呈现线性关系,且该线性关系的斜率与流通面积成反比,提出了基于管道雷诺数的大口径蝶阀流量系数计算公式,结果显示此流量系数计算公式与CFD仿真误差小于7%,可以统一表征大口径异构蝶阀流量特性。
In order to investigate the influence of the unique reinforced structures of large-diameter butterfly valve disc on the internal flow characteristics,CFD simulation models of the large-diameter butterfly valves with the disc reinforced and block reinforced structures were established and the flow characteristics of the valves under various working conditions were analyzed.By comparing the simulation results with the test data,the rationality of the simulation models was verified. The results show that the two kinds of large-diameter butterfly valves under different openings and pressure ratios have significant nonlinear flow characteristics. Compared with the block reinforced butterfly valve,the plate reinforced butterfly valve has smaller vortexes,which leads to lower energy loss and higher flow coefficient. According to the research results,the relationship between the flow coefficient of the two types of the large-diameter butterfly valves with different structures and the pipeline Reynolds number shows a linear relationship,and the slope of this linear relationship is reversely proportional to the flow area. Based on this,the flow coefficient calculation formula of large-diameter butterfly valves based on pipeline Reynolds number was presented. The deviation between the flow coefficient calculation formula and the CFD simulation results is less than 7% and the flow characteristics of the two largediameter butterfly valves can be uniformly characterized.
