车用离心风机性能虚拟实验平台的搭建

摘要(Abstract):

多翼离心风机在车用空调系统中有着广泛的应用,对空调性能影响显著。以参数化设计和数值计算为基础的虚拟实验逐渐在产品的设计和优化中受到了重视。在总结前人工作的基础上,对车用空调离心风机虚拟实验台的搭建进行了实践,并对其可行性进行了实例的验证。
Multi-blade centrifugal blowers with forward-curved vanes have been widely used in the automotive ai-handling systems.To reduce the cost of the development of such blowers and to shorten the period of the development,more and more manufactories have realized the importance of the virtual experiments which are based upon the parametric design and numerical simulation.This paper comes out of a conclusion on the former related work and a practice of the set-up of a virtual experimental system of automotive HVAC blowers.In the end,some future work is referred.
