高温泵用非接触式气膜密封粘温特性数值研究

摘要(Abstract):

利用Fluent建立了高温泵用非接触式气膜密封模型,分析了考虑粘温效应对密封参数的影响。并计算得出随着转速和压力比的变化,粘温效应对开启力、刚漏比、摩擦功耗以及最大端面温度的影响。研究发现随转速增大,粘温效应对密封参数的影响愈发明显;而粘温效应对密封参数的影响与压力比无明显关系。为高温泵用非接触式气膜密封设计提供相关参考。
The model of a non-contact gas seal used on high temperature pumps to analyze the different effect on the sealing parameters considering the viscosity-temperature effect was established by Fluent. And as the speed and the pressure ratio change, the influence of the viscosity-temperature effect were calculated on opening force,stiffness-leakage ratio,friction power loss and maximum end temperature. Coming with the speed increasing,the viscosity-temperature effect on the sealing parameters becomes increasingly apparent; while the effect has no significant relationship with the pressure ratio. This study provides references for the structural design and selection of non-contact gas seal used on high temperature pumps.
