R32热泵型变频空调性能与能效的试验研究
Experimental study on performance and energy efficiency of R32 heat pump inverter air conditioner

摘要(Abstract):

基于GB/T 21455—2019《房间空气调节器能效限定值及能效等级》试验分析了电子膨胀阀的开度对R32热泵型变频空调系统性能的影响规律,以及相应试验工况下系统的性能参数对全年能源消耗效率APF的计算最优值的探讨。结果表明:电子膨胀阀的开度在一定范围内增加时,系统的额定制冷量提高,额定制热量、额定中间制冷量、额定中间制热量都会下降,对系统的能效比EER和额定中间制冷系数EER_(haf)的影响较小,但对性能系数COP和额定中间制热系数COP_(haf)影响较大。计算APF值时额定制冷消耗功率占比大于额定制冷量;在相同的EER时,额定消耗功率越小,其APF值越高;系统中COP越高,对应的APF值并非越大,应尽量提高系统的额定制热量,才能得到最优的APF值;通过实测低温制冷试验计算得到的APF值相较于默认计算公式的值要高。
Based on GB/T 21455—2019“Minimum allowable values of the energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for room air conditioners”,the influence rules of the opening of electronic expansion valve on the performance of R32 heat pump inverter air conditioning system were analyzed experimentally,and the optimal value of heat transfer capacity and power consumption for annual performance factor(APF) under corresponding experimental conditions was discussed.The results show that with the increase of the opening of the electronic expansion valve,the rated cooling capacity of the system increases,and the rated heating capacity,the rated intermediate cooling capacity and the rated intermediate heating capacity will all decrease,they will slightly influence the energy efficiency ratio(EER) and the rated intermediate cooling coefficient(EER_(haf)) of the system,but have a greater impact on the coefficient of performance(COP) and the rated intermediate heating coefficient(COP_(haf)).When calculating the APF value,the proportion which the rated cooling power consumption accounts for is greater than the rated cooling capacity;at the same EER,the smaller the rated power consumption,the higher the calculated APF value;the higher the COP value of the system,the corresponding APF value is not the largest,so the optimal APF value should be obtained by increasing the rated heating capacity of the system as much as possible;the value of APF calculated by the measured low-temperature cooling experiment is higher than that calculated by the default formula.
