锥角对固-液水力旋流器流场及其分离性能的影响Effect of the Cone Angle on Flow Field and Separation Performance of Solid-liquid Hydrocyclones

摘要(Abstract):
采用激光粒子图像测速系统(PIV)和计算流体动力学(CFD)的数值方法研究了固液水力旋流器的锥角变化对旋流器内轴向速度场、切向速度场分布以及旋流器分离效率的影响。模拟结果表明,锥角的减小对小颗粒固体的分离有促进作用,但过小的锥角却会使锥段内的涡流强度增加,降低分离效率,针对不同的柱段结构参数,应具有最佳锥角。模拟结果为进一步研究旋流器特性参数对分离效率的影响和旋流器的结构优化提供了参考。
The effects of the change of cone angle on axial velocity field,tangential velocity field and separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone were researched by particle image velocimetry(PIV) and numerical method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The research results indicate that decreasing the cone angle can promote the separation of the fine particles,but too small cone angle will increase the vortex intensity in the cone section and reduce the separation efficiency.For different structure parameters of column section should have different optimal cone angles.All of these will provide future study on influence of hydrocyclone's parameters on separation efficiency and optimization of hydrocyclone with reference.
