风力机翼型摩擦阻力数值计算中不同湍流模型的比较研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了提高风力机翼型特性模拟的准确性,采用数值求解N-S方程的方法,对NACA0015翼型的气动性能进行了数值模拟.考虑不同湍流模型、不同的计算格式、不同近壁面处理方法对风力机翼型特性模拟有着不同影响,数值模拟中应用3种不同湍流模型和3种不同的计算格式,同时配合6种不同近壁面处理方法,并将计算结果与实验结果进行对比。结果表明,在边界层内布置合适的网格点,采用k-ωSST湍流模型数值模拟,可使NACA0015翼型阻力系数的计算精度明显提高。
In order to calculate aerodynamic characteristics of wind turbine airfoil more accurately,the NCA0015 airfoil aerodynamics performance was calculated by solving the N-S equations.Considering the effect of the different models,schemes,and grid distributions on the solutions,3 models,3 schemes,and 6 grid distributions were employed.And the calculation results were compared with experimental ones.The comparison shows that NACA0015 airfoil's drag coefficient is more accurate by using k-ωsst model,the calculation accuracy strongly depends on the discrete mesh near the boundary layer of the airfoil.
