磁力泵运转状态监控系统的研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对隔离套温度升高以及泵进出口压差的变化,设计了一套复合型的实时监控与保护系统,以确保其安全可靠的运行。该系统配备了备用辅助泵,不仅实现了对磁力泵故障的独立控制,而且保证了工作过程的连续性。
This paper discusses the importance and necessity of monitoring system of magnetic drive pump briefly.A set of versatile and real-time monitoring system is designed to monitor the changes of the temperature of spacer sleeve and the pressure difference in inlet and outlet of pump.The safe and reliable operation of pump is ensured.The system is equipped with a spare pump.This achieves the independent control of faults of magnetic drive pump,and ensures the continuity of the work process.
