闭式冷却塔的影响因素分析Influence Parameter on Closed Wet Cooling Towers

摘要(Abstract):
通过已有的数学模型,采用数值计算,分析了相对湿度、空气流量、冷却水流量及管壁导热系数的变化,得到了其对闭式冷却塔平均喷淋水温度和冷却效率的影响;以及管壁导热系数对出口温度的影响。对闭塔的优化设计和实际应用有一定的指导作用。
A built mathematical model for closed wet cooling towers(CWCTs) is implemented.The influence parameters(relative humidity(RH),air volume flow rate,process-water flow rate and tube-wall thermal conductivity) are analyzed by utilizing numerical evaluation.The prediction shows the influence on mean deluge-water temperature,cooling efficiency and process-water outlet temperature.The results can be regarded as reference for optimal design and application of CWCTs.
