摘要(Abstract)：

利用Mcrosoft Excel 2003数据处理和分析系统拟合出泵的Q-H性能曲线,并通过对比及数据复核分析,指出了目前存在的轴功率偏高、电机过载现象是因厂家选型时的疏忽导致的,并通过计算表明对叶轮进行重新切割是解决问题可行的方法。
The paper quickly fited performance curve of flow capacity-head for centrifugal pump with Microsoft Excel 2003,and the curves were numerically studied.Results showed that surchargeof the motors due to the carelessness of selecting pump type,then turning capability on impeller is an effective and economic measure to realize the safety and stable running of pump.
