摘要(Abstract):

从反应堆冷却剂泵的经济性出发,以国内某300MW e级核电站主泵为对象,利用计算流体技术(CFD)对其内部流场进行了数值研究,以效率为中心,重点分析了主泵叶轮段、导叶体段的速度、压力分布。通过计算9个不同流量点,得到了叶轮段和整个泵段的性能曲线,并根据对比分析结果提出了优化设计方案。
From the economy of reactor coolant pump,based on computational fluid dynamics technology the numerical investigation of internal flow in reactor coolant pump of one 300MWe nuclear power plant in China was made.The distribution of velocity and pressure in impeller and guide vane parts was analyzed which was established in efficiency.Through nine different Q conditions,the performance curves of impeller part and the whole reactor coolant pump were got.Then according to the analysis the optimum design methods was advanced.
