摘要(Abstract):
以Lighthill气动声学方程为基础,采用时域差分方法,对不同开度下的闸阀气体内漏喷流声场进行了数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明,内漏喷流噪声在气流喷柱扰动和闸阀内壁反射的影响下,具有很强的方向性,下游声场强度要比上游大15~30dB,在扩压腔产生最大声强。模拟结果为阀门内漏的声学检测提供了依据。
Based on the Lighthill aerodynamic acoustics equation,the jet sound field generated by the inner leakage of gate valve according to different opening height is numerically simulated with the difference method.Numerical results show that jet sound pressure has flow direction in the influence of jet disturbance and wall reflection,The acoustic intensity of backward position is 15~30dB more than upper position's,and reaches the highest level near the enlarged pressure space,Numerical results provide advice and theory bases to acoustic examination of valve gas inner leakage.
