摘要(Abstract):
以计量泵液体粘度、柱塞与缸套的滑动接触长度、柱塞运动速度、液体压差和间隙为依据,建立泄漏量与上述4个参数之间的数学模型,由此可得出无泄漏介质密封的间隙。
Take the liquid viscosity,the plunger and the cylinder jacket sliding contact length,the plunger velocity of movement,the metering pump liquid differential pressure and pumps the crack as the basis,leakage rate with the above four parameters between mathematical model was established,from this may obtain not divulges the medium seal to pump the crack.
