DHP40-15型离心空压机振动分析与故障诊断

摘要(Abstract):

茂名乙烯空压装置空压机C103B检修后运行不到一个月,机组低速轴振动突然出现明显增大,运行一天后振动略有回落,随后逐渐上升,在一天时间内振动上升了约9μm,经过对振动数据的分析诊断,准确判断出了设备故障原因并提出了合理建议。
Maoming Ethylene Pneumatic device air compressor C103B overhaul less than a month after the operation,low-speed shaft vibration unit suddenly appeared significantly increased,a day after running down a slight vibration,then rising gradually during the day time vibration rose by about 9μm,after vibration analysis of data on the diagnosis and accurately determine the reasons for equipment failure and put forward reasonable proposals.
