基于数值模拟的离心风机性能优化Performance Optimization of Centrifugal Fan Based on Numerical Simulation

摘要(Abstract):
以某纺织机械吸纱用的离心风机为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法,通过更换叶轮翼型以及改变叶片的安装角,以评估风机性能的变化。数值结果显示,更换叶轮翼型和改变叶片的安装角均能改善风机的性能,提高效率,更换叶轮翼型时效果更佳。
Centrifugal fan for textile is concerned by many experts because of its complication on application situation.This paper took one centrifugal fan for absorbing yarn of textile machine as research object,used numerical simulation and evaluated the performance change of centrifugal fan by means of changing blades' installation angle and using the foil-shape blade.The numerical simulation results showed both changing blades' installation angle and using the foil-shape blade can improve performance of centrifugal fan,increased the efficiency.Using the foil-shape blade is a better choice.
