阀门故障诊断技术综述

摘要(Abstract):

阀门作为现代工艺系统中重要的控制元件,其可靠性对整个系统的正常运行起着关键的作用。阀门故障诊断技术是通过传感器对阀门的运行参数进行监测,发现其异常情况,识别并预报阀门的故障。本文综述了阀门故障诊断技术在信号获取、处理、分析和决策等方面的国内外研究进展及应用。在此基础上指出了该项技术存在的问题以及今后的发展方向。
Valve,as an important control component of the modern process system,its reliability plays a critical role in the normal operation of the entire system. Valve fault diagnostic technology is kind of one that utilizing various sensors to monitor valve's operation parameters,find its abnormal situation,identify and predict its fault. This paper reviews the state of art and application of the valve fault diagnostic technology at signal acquisition and processing,data analysis and decision-making. On this basis,the deficiency and key research direction are presented.
