外环流活塞泵转子型线的优化设计计算

摘要(Abstract):

针对外环流活塞泵运转时出现的汽蚀、震动问题 ,从理论上分析了转子型线与闭死容积、流速变化和发生汽蚀的内在关系 ;并在原型线计算式基础上 ,推导出优化后的转子型线数学表达式 ,为解决该泵的这类问题提供了理论依据。
To the problem of cavitation and shock that appears in the outside circulation piston pump running,the relation-ship between rotor profile and dead volume,flow rate and cavitation were analyzed.Basing on the original calculation formula of rotor profile.The optimization maths formula of rotor profile was deduced. Suggestion about solving the problem of cavitation and shock in this pump is presented.
