垫片式舌簧阀片的开发Exploitation of a Gasket Reed Valve Plate

摘要(Abstract)：
本文介绍了在活塞顶面设置填塞物减小舌簧阀余隙的方法,从理论上分析了余隙变化对容积效率和排气量的影响,并导出了解析关系。据此作者开发了阀板垫片与舌簧阀片合二为一的垫片式舌簧阀片。2V-0.3/7型空压机采用本阀片后使排气量增加7.05%,容积比能下降6.85%。
This article introduces some mothod to reduce clearance valume of the reed valve by puting valume on the surface of the pistion, and discusses the effect of clearance on the voluvetric efficiency and capatity and work out calculus, and exploit gasket reed valve plate which made from two parts. The type of 2V-0.3/7 air comprressor capatity increase. 7.05% and the indicated power ratio reduce 6.85% by the use of this valve plate.
