摘要(Abstract):
对一台六列M型活塞压缩机组的振动和噪声异常、一级和二级连杆大头瓦快速失效的原因进行了分析,并研究实施了在轴系上加装配重体,以适度增大轴系的转动惯量,调整轴系扭转振动固有频率的改造措施,有效消减了轴系的扭转振动,大幅度减小了机组的振动和噪声,提高了连杆大头瓦的使用寿命。
The vibration and abnormal noise of the compressor unit,and the accident of connecting rod bearing scuffing happened in a short time at the pin of the one-stage and two-stage crank in a 6M type piston compressor were analyzed.The reason is the torsional vibration of the crank.A method has been studied and executed to adjust the inherent frequency of torsional vibration of the crank.The method is assemble balance masses in the crank so that we can enhance the rotational inertia of the crank.The amplitude of its torsional vibration is reduced in effect.The vibration and abnormal noise of the unit has been diminished greatly too.And we extended the production life of the connecting rod bearing.
