高炉鼓风机喘振控制与优化设计研究

摘要(Abstract):

钢铁冶炼受季节影响较大,冬季工况鼓风机流量远低于夏季工况,喘振是该工况设计中所需主要考虑的问题之一。针对一台13级高炉鼓风机设计中出现的冬季工况喘振裕度过低问题,采用了多种优化设计手段,其中包括S1叶型优化、叶片稠度优化、子午流道型线优化等。设计结果表明,合理应用各种技术,可有效提高喘振裕度,同时确保具有较高的设计性能。
Season has a great influence on the smelting of the iron and steel.The flow rate of a blast furnace blower in winter is far lower than that in summer.Surge occurring in winter condition is one of the main problems to be considered in the design of blast furnace blower.To solve the problem of low surge margin in winter condition,in the design of a 13-stage blast furnace blower,many optimization design methods were adopted,including S1 blade profile optimization,blade solidity optimization,meridional channel optimization and so on.The design results prove that reasonably applying all sorts of techniques in the design can effectively increase surge margin and at the same time,insure high design performance of the blast furnace blower.
