自动回流阀组的运行与节能特性分析

摘要(Abstract):

以宝钢N2炼钢煤气冷却高压供水控制系统技术改造等工程为例,对用于高压供水循环控制系统的自动回流阀组动态特性进行了试验分析,通过多项企业节能技术改造实践和多年现场运行使用证明,它能够将流量感应、止回、旁路控制及多级降压等控制功能集于一体,有效保护水泵正常和经济运行,操作简便可靠,使高压供水自动循环控制达到国际先进水平,具有良好社会经济效益及应用推广前景。
On the base of discussing the control process of N2 steel-making LT coal gas cooled high pressure feed-water system of Bao Steel,through the experimental research on the dynamic circulating control characteristic of automatic circumference valves system for high pressure feed-water system,and according to the enterprise reforming practice of several saving energy techniques and the on-the-spot long-term running condition,it integrates flux apperceiving,checking,bypass controlling and multi-grade running,and reducing these four functions,which can economically and effectively protect water pump and keep its normal running.Its easy operation and multifunction help feed-water circulating control reaches advanced international level.The application prospect and social benefits of open to air check valves system is analyzed.
