射流曝气器最优喉嘴距的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

实施强制氧化是石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫系统中有效防止其结垢和堵塞的关键。为研究重庆某环保公司的脱硫系统的需氧量,本文采用射流曝气的方法,通过自行设计加工喉嘴距可调的射流曝气器,试验研究了喉嘴距及射流曝气器出口围压对其吸气量大小的影响规律。结果表明:随着围压的增加,进气口风速依次递减,同时最优喉嘴距也随之改变,并得出了射流曝气器在不同出口围压条件下最优喉嘴距的范围为1.5~1.8倍喷嘴直径,且在此条件下,其吸气量完全满足浆液要求。
Implementation of the compelled oxidation was critical to prevent scaling and clogging effectively of the limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization system.For the calculation of the oxygen demand in desulphurization system of the environmental company in Chongqing,the jet aeration method was adopted.Through their own design and processing from the adjustable nozzle-to-throat clearance jet aerator,whose influence law research on inspiratory capacity and jet aerator nozzle exit press were investigated.with the confining pressure increasing,the inlet velocity decreased and the optimal from the nozzle-to-throat clearance also changed;the optimal nozzle-to-throat clearance of the jet aerator at different confining pressures fell in a range of 1.5~1.8 times by the nozzle diameter,while the inspiratory capacity fully met the requirements of slurry.
