涡旋压缩机用电机冷却系统CFD传热分析Conjugate Heat Transfer CFD Analysis of Motor Applied in Scroll Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
阐述了基于流体和固体耦合的涡旋压缩机电机冷却系统的仿真原理及方法,结合有限元仿真软件ANSYS Fluent,构建了涡旋压缩机电机冷却系统的流固耦合仿真模型,获取了电机内部及周围冷媒的温度和流场分布信息,并制作样机进行了试验,试验结果显示模拟结果和试验结果具有很强的一致性,为涡旋压缩机电机结构改进和冷却性能优化提供理论依据。结合电机结构和压缩机低压腔气路分布的特点,为增大冷却电机冷媒流量,对电机转子打孔的方案进行模拟分析,模拟结果显示能有效改善电机散热。
A gas-solid conjugate heat transfer analysis of motor in scroll compressor by CFD method is presented.Based on the analysis of the temperature and the flow of the calculation region,the temperature distribution of the inner motor and the flow distribution of the motor cooling system is shown in detail.In the final,the prototype model is test in the lab,and the trend of simulation result is aligned with the test data.Considering the motor structure and the low pressure side plenum of the compressor,the rotor part of the motor is slotted in order to enlarge the flow rate trough the motor.
