射流位置对喷管喉道倾斜矢量控制方案的影响分析

摘要(Abstract):

利用RNG k-ε湍流模型,采用局部网格加密技术,求解三维N-S方程对某型二元喷管喉道倾斜矢量控制时的全流场进行了数值模拟。研究表明在小扩张比、短扩散段喷管上,采用喉道倾斜矢量控制方案主流可以实现亚音速偏转。采用三维曲面生成法分析了调整喉部射流位置和扩张段射流位置对喷管流场的影响,计算表明喉部射流位置越接近喉部,扩张段射流位置越靠近喷口,产生的推力矢量越大。
Different condition 3D viscosity steady nozzle flow fields at different throat injector location and flap injector location are calculated,which the finite volume method is used to solve 3D Reynolds average N-S equation by RNG k-ε turbulence model as well as technology of compact local grids.The results indicate that the subsonic turning is best achieved with small nozzle expansion area ratios and short nozzle flap lengths;the injector location has much effect on the vectoring angle by building 3D surface model;locating the throat injector toward the throat and the flap injector toward the exit of the nozzle can increase thrust vectoring angle.
