某型汽车水泵流体动力学仿真与试验Fluid Dynamics Simulation and Experiment of Certain Automobile Water Pump

摘要(Abstract):
水泵工作过程中内部循环水的流体动力学特性对水泵性能产生重要影响,通过水泵流体动力学仿真分析可以预先为水泵定型投产后的性能研究提供依据。本文采用流体动力学仿真软件对某型汽车水泵进行了流体动力学有限元建模分析,并针对不同转速和流量工况条件开展了相关仿真模拟、计算对比和试验研究。既验证了水泵流体动力学仿真模型及内部流体运动规律分析的有效性,又获得了该水泵的理论扬程、轴功率和总效率等数值,总结了相关影响规律,为该汽车水泵的设计、性能预测和制造提供了理论依据。
The fluid dynamic characteristics of internal circulating water during the pump work process have an important impact on the performance of the pump. The pump fluid dynamics simulation analysis can provide reference for advance performance research of the pump before set and put into production. In this paper,the fluid dynamic simulation modeling analysis of the automobile water pump is done using the fluid dynamic simulation software,and the relevant simulation,calculation and experiment researches are carried out according to the different speed and flow conditions. Not only are the validities of the pump fluid dynamics simulation model and the law analysis of internal fluid motion verified,but also the theoretical lift pump,numerical shaft power and total efficiency are got. Finally,the relative influencing rules are summarized. The work in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the design,performance prediction and manufacturing of the automobile water pump.
