空气循环蒸发分离电镀废水处理系统喷雾分离塔试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

喷雾分离塔作为空气循环蒸发分离电镀废水处理系统中最重要的热质传递部件,决定了整个系统的性能。搭建了喷雾分离塔性能测试试验台,研究了不同入口空气温度、空气流量、喷雾流量以及入口溶液浓度对喷雾分离塔传热传质性能的影响。研究表明:通过降低入口空气温度、空气流量和入口溶液浓度,提高喷雾流量,可以提高喷雾分离塔热效率;提高入口空气温度和喷雾流量、降低入口溶液浓度可以提高喷雾分离塔干燥强度,且存在最佳空气流量使得喷雾分离塔干燥强度最大。此外,入口溶液浓度对喷雾分离塔性能影响最大,热效率和干燥强度分别降低了0.22和2.01 kg/(m~3·h)。
The performance of air circulation evaporation separation system for electroplating wastewater is determined by spray separation tower,which is the most important heat and mass transfer component.The performance testing bench of spray separation tower was established to investigate the effects of inlet air temperature,air flow rate,spray flow rate and inlet solution concentration on the heat and mass transfer characteristics of the spray separation tower.The results show that lower inlet air temperature,air flowrate and inlet solution concentration are beneficial to the thermal efficiency of spray separation tower,while spray flow rate is to contrary.For stronger drying strength,higher inlet air temperature and spray flow rate and lower inlet solution concentration are needed,and there exists an optimal air flow rate when the drying strength of spray separation is the strongest.Additionally,the inlet solution concentration has the greatest influence on the performance of the spray separation tower,leading to decreases of 0.22 and 2.01 kg/(m~3·h) in the thermal efficiency and the drying strength respectively.
