壳管式蓄冰槽蓄冷特性的试验研究Experimental Investigation on Cooling Charge Performance of Shell and Tube Type Ice Storage Tank

摘要(Abstract):
对壳管式蓄冰槽蓄冷特性进行了试验研究。研究表明 ,载冷剂温度、流量及其冰槽内水体初始温度直接影响着蓄冰槽的蓄冷特性 ,其中载冷剂温度更为明显 ;蓄冷过程包括显冷蓄存和潜冷蓄存两个阶段 ,在显冷蓄存阶段蓄冷速率较大 ,而潜冷蓄存阶段蓄冷速率近似常量 ,且冰槽内具有 - 2~ - 1℃的过冷度 ,这些特征表明 ,壳管式蓄冰槽与常规外融式蓄冰槽的蓄冷特性具有相同的变化规律
The cooling charge performance of shell and tube type ice storage tand was studied. It was showed that the temperature and flow rate of the secondary coolant, and the initial temperature of the water in the tank directly influence the cooling charge performance of the ice storage tank, especially the temperature of the secondary coolant. The cooling charge included two courses, specific cool charge course and potential cool charge course. In the specific cool charge course,the cooling charge speed was comparatively high and in the potential cool charge course,the cooling charge speed was approximately constant and the water is cooled to -2~-1℃ super. It was showed that the tube type ice storage tank has similar cooling charge performance with the conventional external melt ice-on-pipe tank by experimental investigation.
