摘要(Abstract):
某石化公司轴流泵机械密封多次发生泄漏,本文分析了机械密封失效的原因,对某结构和控制系统进行了改进设计,将原串联机械密封改造为串联气液膜密封,并设计了机械密封密封气的控制系统,最后通过机械密封结构的设计计算,对原机械密封结构进行了改造和优化,改造后的机械密封性能优于进口机械密封,实现了聚合反应器循环轴流泵长周期运行。
The axial flow pump of a petrochemical company often happens the leakage fault of mechanical seal.The reason of mechanical seal failure was analyzed,the structure and control of the mechanical seal was designed,the original series mechanical seal was transformed into the tandem gas liquid membrane seal,and the seal gas control system was also designed for the machine seal.At last,through the design calculation of the mechanical seal structure,the structure of the original machine sealing was reformed and optimized,the performance of modified machine seal is better than that of the original import mechanical seal.Through the improvement,the long-period safe & stable operation of The axial flow pump was gained.
