摘要(Abstract):
介绍了一种新型球形滚珠式压缩机,它结合了滚动转子式压缩机和往复式活塞压缩机的优点,具有结构简单、零部件少、易于小型化的特征,且制作方便、成本低,有望达到节能和高效的效果。分析了该压缩机的结构特点、工作原理和几何理论,并给出了气缸工作容积、余隙容积的计算方法。
A spherical rolling ball compressor is introduced. It combines the advantages of rolling rotor compressor and reciprocating piston compressor,has the features of simple construction,few parts/components,easy miniaturization,convenient manufacturing and low cost,and is expected to achieve the effect of energy conservation and high efficiency. The structural characteristics,operating principle and geometric theory of this compressor are analyzed,and the calculation methods for cylinder working volume and clearance volume are given.
