金属发泡橡胶复合密封材料的性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

以丁腈橡胶与碳钢薄板复合硫化制成了具有一定厚度的金属发泡橡胶复合密封材料,对所制材料的基本性能进行了较系统的研究并与国内外相关材料进行了对比。结果表明该密封板材具有优异的压缩回弹性能、极好的抗蠕变松弛性能、耐介质性能以及很好的耐压密封性能,可较好地替代软木橡胶、橡胶、抄取密封材料等应用于机动车、工业缝纫机、仪器仪表、玻璃钢管道等的密封要求。
A new foam rubber coated metal sealing material is developed by using NBR rubber and SPCC steel.The main properties of the developed sealing materials are tested.The results show that the new material has outstanding resistance to creep relaxation and fine compressibility and recovery,which meets the demand of sealing materials.The main performances of the new foam rubber coated metal sealing material reach that of the similar products of foreign countries,and the materials can meet the sealing requires of automotive vehicle,sewing machine,instrument and glass fiber reinforced resin pipes.
