快开三偏心真空蝶阀优化设计及应用
Optimization design and application of quick opening tri-eccentric vacuum butterfly valve

摘要(Abstract):

针对常规三偏心蝶阀啮合角固定,偏心2较大,从而造成阀门开启扭矩增大,需采用大口径油缸,进而增加耗油量,延长开启时间,不能满足本系统开启速度要求的问题,通过研究,在常规三偏心蝶阀的基础上,针对切换阀的使用特点对阀门的结构形式进行了优化设计。阀门密封面通过采用正圆形结构,最大限度地降低了阀门开启所需扭矩,保证阀门运行的稳定性和可靠性,并对阀门执行器结构进行了设计,采用偏转角度为15°的非对称设计的拨叉式执行器,使开启扭矩增大约20%,通过以上两种措施,减小油缸缸径,从而减少耗油量,满足系统开启速度要求。主阀门和附属阀门采用长度可调的连杆机构连接,有效补偿安装、变形等带来的误差,便于安装、使用及维护,机械联动的方式有效解决了电器控制受干扰时无法及时切换状态的问题,保护离心真空泵系统的稳定运行和风洞试验的顺利进行。
For the problem that the meshing angle of conventional tri-eccentric butterfly valve and eccentricity is relative large,resulting in increase of the valve opening torque,so it is required to adopt large diameter oil cylinder,which increases oil consumption and extend opening time,making the conventional valve cannot meet the requirement of opening speed,through study,the structure of tri-eccentric butterfly valve was optimized according to the required characteristics based on the operating characteristics of the valve.The adoption of a round structure for sealing face of the valve maximally reduces the opening torques of the valve,and ensures the stability and reliability of valve operation.The structure of the valve actuator was designed,and a scotch yoke actuator with an asymmetric design with a deflection angle of 15° was used to increase the opening torque by about 20%.Through the above two measures,the cylinder diameter was reduced and fuel consumption was reduced.The system opening speed requirement was thus met.The main valve and auxiliary valve are connected by a rod with adjustable length such that it can compensate the errors induced by installation or deformation,and connecting rod structure is easy to install,use and maintain.The problem that electrical control cannot switch the status promptly when it is disturbed is effectively solved by mechanical linkage,which ensures stable running of centrifugal vacuum pump and smooth running of wind tunnel test.
