一种自动流量平衡阀的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对利用CFD软件分析得到的一类自动流量平衡阀计算模型,进行了大量的实验研究,获得了平衡阀的压差流量特征曲线关系以及阀芯侧面通流孔设计的流量系数计算公式,实验还对阀芯通孔几何形状的线性修正进行了大量的研究。结果表明,利用实验进行通流孔微调修正的自动流量平衡阀CFD计算模型具有较高的流量控制精度。
Aiming at several automatic flux compensation valve models we designed by CFD,lots of experimental investigations were performed.The curve of flux and pressure of the valve and the formula to modify the flux coefficient of side hole of spool were got.The linearity modification of the geometry shape of the hole was studied.The investigations indicate that the automatic flux compensation valves modified by our experiments have a high precision of flux control.
