两种太阳能热水器水流控制阀设计
Two Designs for Water Controlling Valve Based on Water Pushing Manner Used in Solar Energy Heater

摘要(Abstract):

针对现有太阳能热水器的水流控制阀易造成冻管、费水、倒桶三大弊端,介绍了两种太阳能热水器水流控制阀的原理和结构,阀片式控制法通过上下阀片的相对转动和移动实现水流控制;套管式控制阀通过内管与外管的相对转动与移动实现水流控制,均有效地克服了以上弊端。而且结构合理,功能可靠,便于制造与使用,宜于推广。
Water controlling valves in stock used in solar energy heater cause easily three defects: water pipe frost cleft,water wasted and bucket fall down.The design of two water controlling valves was introduced,the valve plate controlling valve controls current by relatively turn or move the upward and downward plate;the sleeve pipe controlling valve by the inner and outer pipe.All have overcome effectuallys above-mentioned.It is reasonable in structure,reliable in function,convenient for manufacture and use,suitable to popularizing.
