新型离心萃取机转子支撑结构设计与振动特性分析

摘要(Abstract):

为研究新型离心萃取机的振动特性,参考离心机临界转速计算方法,给出转子上下支撑结构离心萃取机和转子上悬支撑结构新型离心萃取机的临界转速计算方法,并以转鼓直径为800mm的大通量离心萃取机为例进行计算。经计算,转子上下支撑结构离心萃取机的轴系为刚性轴,而新型离心萃取机的轴系为挠性轴,新型离心萃取机升速或降速过程中会经过共振区,通过采取设置变频器的跳跃频率和跳跃范围,并且机器底部增设液态阻尼隔振器的减振措施,能够减小和消除振动,使机器安全平稳运行。
To analysis the vibration characteristic of new centrifugal extractor,by reference to the critical speed calculation methods of the centrifuge,the critical speed calculation methods of centrifugal extractor with rotor upper and lower support structure and new centrifugal extractor with rotor overhead suspension support structure were given,and the calculations were carried out by taking large flux centrifugal extractor with the drum diameter of 800mm as an example.After calculation,the shafting of the centrifugal extractor with rotor upper and lower support structure is a rigid one and the shafting of the new centrifugal extractor is a flexible one,the new centrifugal extractor would pass through the resonance region in the speed-up and speed-down process,by taking damping measures such as setting jump frequency and jump range of the frequency converter and adding liquid damper isolators,vibration can be reduced and eliminated so as to make the machine operate safely and smoothly.
