肋板式相变蓄热器蓄热性能的试验研究Experimental Study on Thermal Storage Performance of Plate-fin Latent Heat Thermal Storage

摘要(Abstract):
采用萘作为蓄热材料,对其在新型铝制肋板式相变蓄热器中的储、放热过程即内部萘的熔化和凝固过程进行了试验研究,改变了供、取热流体参数,测定了储、放热过程的时间,分析了热流体的入口温度与流量对蓄热器储、放热过程的影响。结果表明,新型肋板式相变蓄热器极好地发挥了换热元件的作用,热流体的入口温度与流量对储、放热速率有重要的影响。
Naphthalene was adopted as phase-change material(PCM),and a series of experiments about thermal charging(melting) and thermal discharging(solidification) of naphthalene in the device was performed.With the charging and discharging time getting from these experiments,the analysis of the influences of the inlet water temperature and water flow rate on the charging and discharging process were carried out.The results show that plate-fin latent heat thermal storage plays its full role.And inlet water temperature and water flow rate have an momentous effect on charging and discharging rate.
