摘要(Abstract):
建立了冻干机冷阱室的几何模型,阐述了内部气流组织的控制方程及其边界条件。进行了有限元网格的划分,并采用数值模拟的方法进行了冷阱室内流场和温度场的分析。通过添加导流板前后的模拟结果对比,能够看出加导流板后的模型流场比不加导流板的均匀,能够对改善冷阱室内的气流组织起到一定的积极作用。
The geometry model of the chilling chamber of freeze drier is created.The control equation and edge conditions of the air-flow organization in the chilling chamber are established.The finite element mesh is divided and the flow field and temperature filed in the chilling chamber are analysized applying the numerical simulation mehtod.the flow field of the modle is more uniform than that of the chilling chamber after the guide plate is added by the comparasion of the simulation result after the guide palte is added.The positve effect on improving the air-flow organization of the chilling chamber is achieved.
