真空泵叶片断裂失效分析

摘要(Abstract):

通过对真空泵叶片进行宏观形貌分析、扫描电镜分析和金相分析,同时进行了材料化学成分和拉伸力学性能测试,综合讨论得出真空泵叶片断裂原因:由于材料的铸造缺陷导致真空泵叶片疲劳断裂。
The macro and micro appearance of the fractured blade and microstructure were analyzed by failure analysis method such as SEM,metallogrophic,etc. The chemical composition and tensile property of the blade were tested. The cause of the fracture failure was found out through synthetical discussion: It's fatigue cracking because of casting defects.
