船用星型压缩机曲柄连杆机构布置方案的优化分析
Optimization Analysis of the Crank-link Mechanism Layout Scheme in Marine Star-type Compressor

摘要(Abstract):

根据星型往复式压缩机的结构和工作特点,对压缩机进行了热力学和动力学分析,得到了压缩机在正常运转中的压缩腔内的压力。提出了星型压缩机曲柄连杆机构的6种布置方案,对比了不同曲柄连杆机构布置方案的动力学特性,得到了不同布置方案下的曲柄连杆上的作用力。通过分析发现:对于四星型压缩机,四级连杆按活塞力较大的两列对置,活塞力较小的两列对置,且由活塞力最大转向活塞力最小的布置方案时,星型压缩机的受力状况最佳。
Based on the structure and operating characteristics of star-type compressor,the analysis of thermodynamics and kinetics of the compressor have been carried out,the pressure in the compression cavity during the normal operation in compressor have been obtained. Six type crank-link mechanism layout schemes of star-type compressor are proposed,the dynamic characteristics of these layout schemes are calculated and compared. The force act on the crank-link mechanism and the moment of flywheel under different layout schemes is got through the dynamic analysis. Through the analysis found that for four star compressor,four links according to the layout scheme that the two columns with larger piston force opposed,the two columns with smaller piston force opposed,and from the largest piston force column turn to the minimum piston force column has the best stress condition in star-type compressor.
