摘要(Abstract):

本文从理论和实验角度研究了旋转圆盘动态过滤机中旋转盘和固定滤板间的流体流动。在合理的通过固定滤板的渗滤串情况下,求解了Re<10~4层流区的Navier-stokes方程。通过数据计算所得的速度曲线与LDA测量结果比较吻合。本文还讨论了旋转盘和固定滤板的剪应力分布。
Fluid flow between a rotating disk and a stationary septum such as that in a rotating disk dynamic filter was studied theoretically and experimentally. The Navier-Stokes equations were solved in the laminar flow region of Re<10~4 under reasonable fluid permeation rates through the stationary disk. The velocity profiles obtained by numerical calculation agree very well with the results determined by LDA measurement. Distributions of shear stress acting on the rotating disk and stationary septum are also presented in this study.
