动压环槽端面密封的泄漏量影响因素

摘要(Abstract):

对端面开环形槽的动压式机械密封机理进行了研究,根据周向波度模型,以雷诺方程为基础,运用有限差分法进行数值计算,求解二维压力场和泄漏量。编制了相应的计算程序,通过计算,从理论上分析了压差、转速、波度等因素对泄漏量的影响,重点分析了泄漏量与膜厚的关系,指出了膜厚—泄漏量之间的关系指数与传统公式的不同之处。并通过实验验证了计算程序的可靠性。
The hydrodynamical ring-groove face seals are studied theoretically and experimentally.The two- dimensional pressure distribution of film and leakage rate are calculated based on the Reynolds eq.by using finite difference method.Some effective factors,such as thickness of film,pressure,speed and waviness,are investigated theoretically,The relationship between leakage rate and thickness of film is different from the past formula.The calculation has been tested by experiment.
